Return And Exchange
We at SUNFYRE are committed to never compromise on quality and follow a clear policy. We carefully pack and ship item(s) via DHL, EXPRESS COURIERS,USPS,SKYNET and FedEx to ensure it reaches your address safely.

Our flexible return policy allows customers to return/exchange the product right up to 30 days, starting from the date when product is delivered.
Before initiating a return, ensure that the product is unworn with all the tags attached. Our return processing team will check the item before approving it. (Damages occur by the customer, or used products will not be entertained for the refund)
RETURN PORTAL
General Guidelines:
- If you somehow received a damaged product or not up to your standard, please contact us within 72 hours by emailing at support@sunfyre.co or on live chat with a picture of the damaged item(s), including the wrong size, name, and order details. Once we received all the required details, our customer care support will contact you via email.
- The refund will be issued only when we have the product in hands.
- Item(s) should be returned in their original packaging. We also need entire tags and receipts to identify the product(s).
- The customer will have to go through our return portal and print shipping labels, and we suggest using a reliable courier delivery service that can be tracked.
- After shipping the items(s), you are obliged to send us a tracking link once you receive it from the courier agent. This way, we can easily track the shipment to proceed further as per the return and exchange policy.
- We ask you to take good care of the product(s) you purchased while they are in your possession. You may inspect and try on the goods as you would but tags should not be removed, and the original packaging should be retained.
- Please note that the product(s) must be received by sunfyre.co within 30 days starting from the date of your purchase.
- The refund process may take upto 6 to 8 business days after the arrival of the product at our warehouse. We will notify you via email.
- If you are returning anything to us from outside the PK & UK you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains returned goods.
Sunfyre.co reserves the right to refuse return/exchange if:
- The product is washed or dry cleaned
- The product is worn out too many times
- The product is of a custom size
- The product is missing tags
- The product is completely torn
Size and Fitting Issue:
You must first check sizing before ordering any product from our website store. In case the size is not accurate (runs small or big) kindly, send an email to our customer service team at support@sunfyre.co OR On live chat (within 72 hours). It is also requested to mention the reason why you’d like to return the product.
Color Change or Defective Piece:
If you received item(s) that is different or has any kind of defect, kindly inform us by emailing at support@sunfyre.co with your product images. If you find any dissimilarity, defect, or damage that may cause in transit, please let us know within 3 days so we can resolve the situation. We cannot offer a resolution if the customer fails to inform us within the mentioned period.
Cancellation of Order:
Any request for cancellation of any order will be issued as per the conditions stated below:
- Confirm cancellation within (3) days of order or will result into a direct/flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item amount.
- However, if the requested cancellation is within (7) days, there will be 45% deduction from the item amount.
- No requests for order cancellation will be done after (7) days of confirmation.
Each product we receive for return or refund is inspected by the quality control department to determine that the product is exactly the same as ordered from our website.
If the product is somehow damaged during the shipment, only then you will get a replacement shipped at our expense. If your product is damaged, please email (support@sunfyre.co) and specify the extent of damage within (24) hours.
