- Damaged or misused by the customer.
- Missing original tags and company receipt.
- Has pet hairs, dirty, or smells.
The returning item(s) must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached in order to process. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please confirm before sending the product(s) for replacement.
